Date Night Jar: Game Night

So we did our first Date Night Activity from the jar! We ended up picking Game Night! Which was perfect because we actually had just bought a new game! So we ended up playing two games that night.

The first game we played was The Game of Life: Twists and Turns! And it was actually a lot of fun! We had just bought this so we actually had to learn how to play the game together. We had fun doing it! I definitely recommend this for people who like the regular Life game! This is pretty much a newer electronic version (you know the electronic monopoly? its like that except Life).

James learning how to use the electronic score keeper. He got the hang of it pretty easily. After having to look at the instructions the first time for every input he was able to remember how to do most of the things the second time it came around!

He got really excited when he got to buy a car and put the car piece on his skateboard (your starting piece is a skateboard). We had such a fun time playing Life!

After Life we played Monopoly: Here & Now! Its my (Brittani) fave Monopoly (If I got The Walking Dead Monopoly though that would automatically become my fave). I kept landing on James properties though (see all those with the houses?) I got the 2 blue spaces but somehow he always managed to sneak by them. Lol. But it was fun to play as well!

Overall, Game Night was a success! And a lot of fun as well! We will definitely be doing it again in the future!

Date Night Jar!

So a few weeks ago I was looking online for ideas of things you can do with jars. And I came across the Date Night Jar. Now me and my Fiance like trying new things together so we figured why not? So far, we really like it! We've already used it and really liked it!
